My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were comfortable and had a nice view, although the air conditioning may need some adjustment. The location was very central in New Kingston, close to many attractions; unfortunately, facing a major roadway was a drawback. The service was exceptional with friendly staff, but there seemed to be a minor issue with engagement from the night-time reception team. The dining experience offered a good mix of Jamaican and Continental cuisine and was a great value for money.
The hotel offers clean and large rooms with excellent bathrooms and great toiletries at no additional charge. The service was top-notch from the cleaners to reception, with attentive staff throughout my stay. The location, although chic, could be livelier with more music to embrace the Jamaican atmosphere. The dining experience offered a good selection but could benefit from more variety. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
The Spanish Court is a gem in Kingston. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with great amenities including a yoga mat. The restaurant and bar offer delicious food, the breakfast buffet is exceptional, and the staff is always polite and extremely helpful.
I already booked another trip to the other Spanish Court hotel in Montego Bay for July - I can't wait. The rooms were comfortable overall, clean, tidy, spacious, and well-appointed with a safe, fridge, and standard amenities, as well as a yoga mat. The service was just so wonderful with polite and very accommodating staff. The location was great, close to everything I wanted, but quite a distance from downtown Jamaica and the key sights. The dining experience was delicious each and every day of our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant/bar food offerings were outstanding, although the carpeted floors may not suit everyone's preference.
